NCCI now processes workers compensation assigned risk applications for Mississippi. Click here for detailsPLEASE NOTE:Rates are provided here for your convenience and should be used in conjunction with the rules and procedures for rating a workers compensation insurance risk as set forth in The Basic Manual for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance and other relevant manuals. Particular attention should be directed to the rules concerning the anniversary rating date, application of an experience modification factor and determination of the minimum premium as these rules may affect the final premium for your risk. In addition to manual premium, each policy includes an expense constant (currently $160) and may include separate charges for increased limits of employers liability and waivers of subrogation.
